Authorized by Wuhan Foreign Economic Relations & Trade Commission and approved by Wuhan Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau,Wuhan Central China Foreign Service Company is specialized in providing various services to resident foreign organizations and foreign invested enterprises in China.It began to operate formally in March 1998 to improve Wuhan’s investment environment and provide high-quality and considerate services for foreign enterprises.It is subordinate to China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Wuhan Sub-council(China Chamber of International Commerce Wuhan Chamber of Commerce).

The company is divided into four functional sections:

Complex Business Section: To undertake establishment, extension, approval and modification of resident representative organizations in Wuhan for foreign enterprises(including Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao enterprises),chambers of commerce, economic and trade associations and finance institutions, go through relevant formalities such as tax, industry & commerce registrations and claiming at Customs for the record on their behalf, to be entrusted by foreign invested enterprises and branches in Wuhan to go through the whole formalities of establishments, modifications and annual inspections, help to coordinate relationship between resident representative organizations or foreign invested enterprises and local government departments.

Human Resources Section: To be responsible for employing personnel in all specific fields for resident representative organizations, provide services relating to administration of Chinese staffs, to be entrusted by foreign invested enterprises or their resident representative offices in Wuhan,to render services of administration of their staffs, build specific talents database and provide talents information and translation services for all kinds of languages, to organize training regularly, go through procedures for promoting professional titles for staffs, to resident representative organizations and foreign invested enterprises, solve problems of inconveniences in foreign employees’ daily life in Wuhan.

Commercial Information Section: To provide authoritative investigation report about property and credit of enterprises throughout the world (especially in Hubei, Wuhan areas),do patent application and trademark registration at home and abroad professionally for enterprises, hold various activities to promote exchanges and cooperation between domestic and overseas enterprises, provide feasibility studies on foreign investment and economic & technical co-operation projects, investigate backgrounds of enterprises by membership of Chamber of Commerce and through information network, recover the overdue debts by experts and lawyers at home and abroad, offer tax and financial consulting services, organize business delegations go abroad to visit, offer international exhibitions information in Wuhan and help to go through procedures of participating the exhibitions.

Legal Affairs Section: Equipped with high quality lawyers with high efficiency, proficiency and experiences, to provide all kinds of consulting services on law, take part in economic contract negotiations, being permanent legal advisers, undertake economic, civil, administrative cases, especially arbitration of foreign cases in help to handle cases of foreign & domestic litigation or arbitration, organize experts in law circles and economic and trade circles mediate various domestic, foreign economic, trade and investment disputes, also provide law services to Chinese staffs.
